I've just placed my order, how long would it take to get them?
We aim to ship the same day the payment has been made, for Auckland it should be same day or next day delivery. For rest of New Zealand it should take 2-3 working days.

I've changed my mind about the purchase, what can I do?
As long as you can return the product in the same condition as they were delivered, we are happy to accept returns within 7 days.
The item I ordered was damaged in transit
If your item was damaged between leaving our warehouse and arriving at your address you will receive a full refund or replacement. We will arrange the couriers to collect the damaged good from your address, along with the original packaging. Your return will be processed once damage has been verified.
The item I ordered arrived faulty
Please email us on info@babystyle.co.nz to return the item for assessment. If we confirm that the item was damaged before leaving the our warehouse, or was faulty out of the box from manufacturer defect, your item will be replaced by us free of charge.
